FAQ

Everything you need to know about our eSIM service.

General

An eSIM (embedded SIM) is a digital SIM built into your device that allows you to activate a cellular plan without a physical SIM card. You can activate it simply by scanning a QR code.
Simply browse our plans, select the one that fits your needs, complete the purchase, and you'll receive a QR code instantly. Scan the QR code with your device to activate your eSIM and start using data.
Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, iPad Pro (3rd gen+), and many more. Check your device settings for eSIM support.
